Somebody here said the book was overpriced. I totally disagree. It's less than $100. Where would you find a complete training course on how to make consistent living working a couple of hours a day from your home for that price?
The book in itself teaches you a strategy about trading options that I have seen before, so not really a new "fad" but a proven system that makes a lot of smart people happy today and have in the past. However, what's really different from the other material I have seen around is that this guy takes a "grandfather" approach and explains everything in plain words, slowly, repeating key concepts many times so that you, the inexperienced guy can finally understand it. I have some background in trading and options and this gentleman made it even easier for me to sum-it-all-up and finally get it. I just hope he will hang around for long enough so all of us can make some nice money with his newsletter.

i liked the book

I read the book, i liked the book, the strategy is very well explained.
The only reason i'm not giving 5 star is becouse the book only talks about the monthly interest you can earn, wich is 4-8% or more, but to me that means nothing, the main thing is, what is the annual return?
We know that statistically the strategy is winning 8 out of 10 times, but how much are you gonna loose on that 2 losing trades? A 7% monthly income is a really huge 84% in a year, but how much of that interest are we going to lose in the 2 losing trades?
I like covered call writing, wich is a quite interesting and safe strategy if done in the right way, credit spread are more risky. The question is: is that risk worth the game?
I'm changing my rate from 4 to 5 stars, becouse Mr. Finberg Answered personally to my doubts in a really prompt and well eplained way. So this prompt support is surely worth the last star for this great book on credit spreads and iron condors.

Step by step instructions to a reliable trading strategy

If your looking for a safer, more reliable alternative to generating monthly income in the market, this is the book for you. Finberg gives you his "recipe" for trading and establishes simple to use trading rules for entering and exiting trades. I've had good success so far utilizing this strategy. He also offers a subscription service and will e-mail you a list of spread candidates which conform to his trading rules on a regular basis. It is not necessary to use this service to gain the benefit from this strategy but it will save you the time of spending hours screening the market for conforming spreads. I currently use the subscription service and am quite happy with it.
