Excellant Material, But!!!

I gave the book a high 5 star rating even with its faults. My review is for the Kindle version only I have not read the book in paper form. With that said let me explain my choice with some darts an lauerls.
LAUERLS: The book is written in an easy fasion that any layman can enjoy. Not covered in language only a biblical scholar would understand. One point I enjoyed was the use of the KJV with scriptural commentary from brother Swaggarts' Expositors Bible. Makes it really easy for the newcomer to read along without stopping to look something up. Chapters are not obtrusively long an cover the material well enough for you to get the understanding clearly. The author is not affraid to take on some hard asked questions. Homosexuality, suicide, Holy Spirit Baptism, angel's, the list goes on. If you have questions about bible doctrines this book will answer some of them for you. It is not a cover all book, but speaks to the modern times an questions that arise from new converts or those studying the bible for the first time. I have in the past asked these an similar questions to bible teachers an pastors without answers. You will receive the answer here an its not glossed over. Sadly this book should not have had to be written, these are basic subjects the church should know. To many TV shows to watch or movies to go to! Lastly I think this book would be a wonderful sunday school book for beginner, new convert classes, or just as a refresher for the church in general. I wish I would have had access to it in the past. This book will speed up your learning process with solid material. You could compare this to other books such as Dake's Gods Plan For Man, or Pearlman's Knowing Bible Doctrines, but this is a far better book. Both of which are more indepth study an takes time to get through especially Dake. You will be hard pressed to find one better for hard an fast answers.
DARTS: With that being said; as I stated earlier I did not order the bound edition. This only applies to the Kindle Edition. Who ever did the proof reading for it failed an with flying colors. Normally everything I have ordered from them has been of good or better than average quality. First there is no table of contents to turn to. I had to surf through the book an make bookmarks for each chapter before I read it. This was also a problem with the Kindle Edition of the new testament. I did not complain then because I figured it was an oversight, apparently it was not. Annoying to say the least, not be able to jump to a specific place as in a bound copy by reading the table of contents. Secondly the abundance of words not correctly spaced is just way over the top for acceptability. If I were Brother Swaggart I would request a redo or ask for my money back. No kidding. Example: n!, F or, sal vation, cred itable, this is just a few of the words. I found three on one page line under line. I cant guess the numbers of faults but, it to numerous to truthfully express. Just to many compared to all the other Kindle books I have read. Maybe this is not a big gripe but, to me it is sub par for a book with the quality of material covered. I still gave the book 5 stars even with the flaws, but I trust in the future corrections are made with this book an the others coming out.
I would like to see all the books in this series on Kindle. If they are as good as this one on material covered, they will be a fantastic collection of books to have on Kindle for reference an speaking to others looking for answers.

A handy book for knowing the basics of the Bible, another comment was made about the Godhead or The Triune being a false teaching. As a Christian a true Christian, what is so hard to understand about the Godhead? You are a human being. Yet you have a body, soul and spirit, all three are unique yet together as one. In Genesis 1:26 as quote.. And God said, LET US make man in our image, after our likeness, who do you think God was talking about when He said us, angels? Man was created in the image of God, Triune. In human form which would be a body soul and a spirit. A Triune doesn't mean there are three Gods, but one manifested in three instead. To even see the Triune clearly in the scriptures, Read John 14:16.. This is Jesus speaking... And I will pray the Father, (Jesus referring to God) and he shall give you another Comforter, (the Holy Spirit) that he may abide with you for ever. Just from that verse alone, God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit is mentioned. Many more verses in the Bible talk about that also.
